Technical Support Analyst - Windows, Mac and Linux
- On site, office based in Santa Monica - 2772 Donald Douglas Loop N, Santa Monica, CA 90405
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
- W2 contract start ASAP till the end of December 2025, possible to renew or become permanent afterwards.

They are looking for an IT support technician to support their end users, manage vendor relationships, ensure IT services delivery and participate in new IT solutions roll out projects:
-Provide general technical support and troubleshooting for Mac and Windows, network/wireless, AD, cloud storage, Atlassian tools, Slack, Confluence, Gsuite/Google Workspace, JAMF,
-Provide support for Google AV/VC conference rooms;
-Clearing tickets backlog, analysing issues and following up with end users, escalate technical issues, helping resolving problems and finding root cause within SLA;
-On-boarding users and provide user IT training and building good relationship with 3rd party software/hardware vendors
Requirements:
-2 + years experience working as IT support/service desk;
-Working knowledge in troubleshooting Linux (Red Hat) / Windows/ Mac OS X/Mac/Apple technologies
-Storage Systems - Synology (nice to have)
-3D printers (nice to have)
-Excellent client facing and problem solving skills, creative thinking and sociable personality
